edit2: found the error....the av-firewall-component had an error the last days. was resolved by an update and a restart. firewall has no problems anymore and game can connect to own local server again.

issue:

i bought the two dlc's tempest and inferno a few days ago.

my first game with the Morgawr was running fine (8 empires, big map for 8 empires, local game against ai).

now i want to start a new game and see how the Kapaku play, but whenever i start a game as the Kapaku Empire the game just gets to the loading screen and shows "Connecting to the server" and "loading the game" and that's it. 

i can wait for 10 or 15 minutes and nothing happens. when i press a key or klick with mouse the game get's greyed out and crashes.

Specs: 

W10, Samsung SSDs, NVIDIA GTX960, 16GB RAM, 21" TFT with 1680x1050 resolution.

Version: latest version without any mods

Game save: got no save as it appears at game start
