Hi. I have a sound problem with the game. I can hear sound in the intro movie but when it comes to the game I have no sound. I am playing the Russian version of the game if it matters. 

The red error says: "Error: failed to launch the sound system"  or something like that.

The game version is: ENDLESS LEGEND V1.8.2 S3 (64-bit)

Fmod error reported: ERR_OUTPUT_FORMAT - Soundcard does not support the minimum features needed for this soundsystem (16bit stereo output).

Something appears to be wrong with your soundcard, or it's driver. Try updaing your sound drivers here. You can see all support for your laptop here, and you should update all of your drivers except do not flash your BIOS. Flashing your BIOS is risky and should only be done if you have a reason to.
