Played the game about 6 months with no problems. About a week ago, it started crashing on startup. Troubleshooting thus far includes:

-Deleted and re-installed game (both within Steam and also deleted manually at separate times).

-Run at 32 bit.

-Run as administratior.

-Run in Windows 7 compatability mode.

-Verified game file integrity.

-INTEL graphics driver updated to lates version.

-Checked that DirectX is latest version (12).

-Removed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 X86 and X64 redistributables. Re-installed from the EL 2010 folder and verified the update.

-Ensured that anti-virus is disabled.

-Entered "-useembedded " in launch options.

-Re-installed the library.net framework (newest version is 4.5.2).

Operating system, error log, and output log all attached. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This issue has been resolved. Someone in the Steam community provided several alternate possible solutions and one of them worked: I went into device manager, saw that it had both intel graphics and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 active. I disabled the NVIDIA and the game loads! I tried disabling the intel graphics instead, but the game crashes that way. The game starts out in windowed mode, but that is easily taken care of (ALT+ENTER), and I have no saved games- no big deal- but I can at least play again.
