Apologies if this is duplicate, but I haven't seen any solution for half an hour of googling, somehow any posts/threads I searched here is all showing error 404, and I am quite a bit frustrated since I literally just bought the game.

I have a dual screen, and when I go into the game in fullscreen, I can see that the edge-scroll is a feature. Naturally I thought the mouse would also lock to the window, but it doesn't.

I have been looking for if there is any option for enabling this, but this doesn't seem so. 

So question is, can I lock mouse onto the screen so that I could edge-scroll to any direction?

I don't care if I have to download a third party software or a mod, but I think it should be in the default game and somehow I cannot find it.
