Is Amplitude getting any closer to fixing this problem? It was UNFORGIVEABLY CARLESS to have allowed this new patch out of the gate without better in-house testing, as that would most certainly have detected the problem before the newest patch was released, and allowed for correction. Switching the game to a 32-bit mode install makes opponent matching in multi player a pain and a chore, and would have not been necessary with better testing. Try to be more careful in future, please.

Hi there,

I am not sure which issue you are talking about. Is this the world generation issue as the title suggest? The problem is that none of us experience it at Amplitude, neither does our QA. Besides lots of people can play the game fine. So it is specific to some configurations and their .NET installs.

The thing is that the logs do not tell much about the issue. We are blind with what goes on the computers experiencing the issue. We need to prepare some kind of test executable to collect more info. Please be constructive and tell us which of you would be ready to test this. We will need to contact you privately to arrange a test.

Thanks

If you are willing to work with people experiencing this issue, then I am certainly willing to assist in any way I can to get this issue resolved, for the sake of my fellow gamers who also are experiencing this issue. I would note that there should be no issue wit net install as the game is a clean install with the newest .net files I am aware of. Thank you, also, Mr,. Girard, for responding personally. People know what it's like trying to get the attention of a higher-up in a company these days, and that you chose to respond yourself rather than just delegating shows you are willing to take this matter seriously and "get your hands dirty" as they say. It reflects well on you, and you deserve kudos for it. To all the staff at Amplitude, have a blessed and profitable day.
