 I hadthe same problem, the same Logitech mouse, and the same solution; at the very least you might consider mentioning it as a known issue. The view jumped between maximum zoom out and max zoom in, with no ability to stop anywhere between, so the game was unplayable. Restarting fixed it for a few tuern but it kept recurring till i made the changes above

Still happening. Appears to be tied to the Large map maybe? I only recently played a large game and this zoom-max-zoom-min bug appeared for me when using the mouse wheel.  I discovered sometimes it would recover but could not figure out when or why, but it would soon fail again. Keyboard shortcut (PgUp-PgDn) was working as it should.

This bug prevents game play and should be treated as serious.

Problem appears to have gotten fixed. Wasn't a mouse setting. I have always had 3 per set.
