I have a strange bug. My city of Brama is under siege without any army around, or at least I can't see it.

Move a unit near - you might see the attackers then. Be aware - in my case, attacking with a garrison unit had the front-line forces in the city as spectators ('no' actions left also none were used), so move 3-4 units which will survive the minor stack your attacker (might) will have.
