Screenshots included below, 100% reproducible in all games. Playing in windowed mode, 1920 x 1080 which gets slightly resized when I click on the start menu.

Like I said, it's minor, and maybe I'm doing something wrong. But if I'm not, it's a just a little bug that could be squished out easily enough to make life easy, = ) Either that or simply make those strategic markers visible at all levels upon zoom levels beyond that--which would be VERY helpful.
