I cannot finish Broken Lords quest with "1 level 6 dust bishop". I tried several times and nothing happened. I searched and still nothing. Is it some kind of bug or what i did wrong ?

But there is a quest "false redemption" where you have to search particular temple ruins with "quest hero" and at least 1 level 6 dust bishop. And that was where I cannot proceed any more.

I can confirm that there is a problem with that quest. I am not able to finish the quest. The first step of the quest was conquering a city, which has been a city from an allied fraction. I didnt wanted to go for war, so i destroyed the city with a mercenary army. The next step I send an army with that quest hero. The army consists of 3 dust bishops and 3 infanterie class ( i forgot the name sry). As i wanted to use the "search ruins" function, nothing happened after clicking the button.It just closed the search window. So i tried to to make an army only with an lvl 6 bishop and the hero, and still nothin happened. I think the quest step was nr.5, thats what was labeled in the quest description.
