BEX64 StackHash_2264 error crash on launch

When I first installed the game and hit play in my steam library, the game crashed at launch (see Problem signature below). I then switched to the 32 bit version and it had seemed to be working fine until I tried to start a game. The game was minimized while loading and I had gotten an error telling me "Amplitude.WorldGenerator has stopped working" with the same problem signature (BEX64, Stackhash_2264). I then tried to do a clean boot and that didn't help either. After reading through more of the troubleshooting forum posts, I tried the "-useembedded" launch option, and the game now works perfectly. Although my game is now technically fixed, I am wondering what is causing this error as it is also preventing me from playing another game (Space Engineers). I still cannot play Endless Legend in 64 bit even when using the -useembedded launch option in steam. Thanks.

I have attached the two files you have asked for below, although oddly enough my output_log.txt file was located on a separate hard drive (C:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Endless Legend\EndlessLegend_Data) instead of where the game is actually installed (E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Endless Legend\EndlessLegend_Data).

Edit: I noticed the Diagnostics file I included was the one where the game worked for the first time after trying the -useembedded launch option. Below this I have also attached the diagnostics file where the world generator crashed in 32 bit without using any launch options. It seems when the game crashes in 64 bit it does not create a diagnostics or log file at all.
