When im loading the game from steam it gives me a product code. Says to input it when the game ask for it. It never does ask for but the game will not play. A error pops up. I went to Amplitude and put in the code where i read about it from different post. It still does the same thing.

The game doesn't require a key to be input into it. You just need that for officially registering your ownership of the game on the Amplitude forums, ie: here.



If the game doesn't launch then you've got another issue, although I couldn't even guess remotely as to what it is. Try looking through the FAQ/common issues thread or searching the forums for other people who have had similar problems.

Is the error you are referring to occurring in game or on the website when you redeemed your code? I can see that you've redeemed your code properly: you've received the G2G points, but the award might take a little while to appear.



As suggested above, you don't need to the key to run the game, so you can simply tick the "do not ask this again" to disable the pop up on Steam.

When i select my faction and then hit start. It will load for a second. Then it will say a error has occurred.
