Crash during start Tutorial or Game

Hi all,



I bought EL last Friday and only got around "playing" it today.

It turns out I will not be able to play so far, as the game always stops working when I get to the part of starting a tutorial or new game. The game crashes on "create instancing mesh" each time.



I have tried all the tips from: https://steamcommunity.com/app/289130/discussions/0/613938575197632682/



Laptop specs:

- Insipron 15" 5000 series (5559)

- i5-6200U

- FHD res (1920 x 1080)

- AMD Radeon R5 M335 4GB DDR3

- 8GB Dual Channel DDR3L 1600MHz (4GBx2)

- Win10



Game:

- Endless Legend V1.2.2 S3 (64bit)



I have a key to register, but have not yet reached a point where I can actualy register.

I see you're using windows 10, have you tried the following 2 things? (as described here)

This seems to have fixed it:



All you have to do open up the game you want to run off your AMD 7670m then close it.



After that go to your desktop right click it and then go to Configure Switchable Graphics. Then select the game. And on the right it will say Power Saving just click that box and then it will say *High Performance* Then run your game and done.



That's all you have to do i have a laptop with the same GPU in it and it was using my Intel HD4000 graphics instead of my graphics card so i tried that and it WORKED smiley: biggrin

Good to hear it is working for you.



For my system (Surface Pro 4) there is no additional GPU inside - my question is why is not working on Intel HD 520 (Skylake series) while it is working on previous generations of Intel HD series such as the ones inside the Surface Pro 2 and 3 (Haswell series)?
