My settings are average. I have no performance problem, i can play te game smooth.

No problem in game menu, no problem splash screen, also no problem in game when i zoomed out max.

But in gameplay screen i see moving scratches all arroud the screen.

I tried diffirent options but nothing change.

Any ideas??

Could you post a screenshot so we can see what you mean precisely?

Make sure your drivers are updated and that your computer is not overheating.

I would recommend you update your graphic card's drivers and subsequently follow the rest of the steps provided under "General PC troubleshooting" if it doesn't solve your issue:
