Hello, here's my problem :



When I launch the game, my FPS are very low, but :



- My GPU usage won't go upper than 20% and once I am playing, it goes up to 5% not more.

- I just updated windows 10 Pro (not the upgrade, just a big update).

-> Before this I was running at maximum graphic quality with very decent fps rate.

-> But I installed recently the two last DLCs and can't say if it is after the DLCs or after the update that my problem occurred.

- It seems all options and tools to launch a program with a specific GPU have disappeared.



Things I tried and didn't change anything:

- Yes I updated my drivers after the windows update.

- Yes I restarted my pc.

- Yes I tried windows 7 compatibility mode.

- Yes I launched as administrator.

- Yes I checked the game files with Steam, no problem were detected.

- I saw a post about shutting off the depth of field, tried doing that, didn't work.



-> The game might be ran by intel HD graphics, and I cannot force windows to use the Nvidia GPU...



By the way :

Right-clicking the .exe file -> the option to choose the GPU doesn't show up.

The option in Nvidia control panel for the preferred GPU isn't there.



Any ideas/workaround ?



I will continue searching and post a solution here if I manage to solve this.

Solved.



Doing an update of a newer driver wasn't enough.

I had to :

- remove the driver

- fix a funny issue (your-pnp-monitor-sucks-let's-install-a-random-non-pnp-virtual-monitor-and-use-it-as-primary-monitor-because-screw-you)

- reinstall the driver







I don't know what microsoft is doing, but it's probably some funny stuff.



I don't know how to change the "unsolved" to "solved".
