I just had the game crash on me when I changed the default audio device during game launch or on the title screen. I could reproduce the error about 50% of the time. Once the game is fully running, these crashes don't seem to happen any more, but the game does not realise the default audio device has changed, and still outputs to the device that was set as default when the game launched. It's also possible that the crashes happened in the exact moment the windows notification closed.
