Hi, Yes, I have tried both running the game as admin and in Win 7 compatibility mode, but both generate the same crash.

Two steps:

Turn all of your graphics down to minimum and try running the game again, this will make the game be less demanding on your system (specifically your VRAM and processor) and may reduce or eliminate the crashing (especially if it's related to a memory or VRAM issue).

Failing that, turn off Fullscreen mode and run the game in Windowed Mode with a 1900x1200 resolution. The game will likely still crash but this will allow you to have your Task Manager running as well, you can check for system spikes and other things that may occur with the game crash.

Lastly, going to the Administrator Tools in your Control Panel and going to Event Viewer and checking for problems that have occurred in the last 24 hours may help shed some light on what is causing the video crash, though this is really for more advanced users who may understand what is being said there.

Hi,

turning graphics down to minimum still gave a crash, but it took longer time(about 10min longer).

There was a 20% increase spike in CPU utilisation right after crash.

In the Event Viewer I got a new Warning and Information. Also had a Error a few minutes before the crash. Screendumps of Event Viewer attached.

Hi,

I ran the steps in the nvlddmkm-Error link. Doing a temp monitoring while playing, the GPU rises to 100C, way to hot I guess. Think that is the issue. Need more cooling. Thanks for help.

See perhaps if your computer is dusty, a good cleaning might be in order. smiley: smile
