Bug: Minor UI Informational Issues

Playing an "endless" length (600 turn) game, there are a couple things I've noticed that seem incorrect. They're relatively minor.

In the empire bonuses list, it says "-100% Production Cost On Empire From Game Speed (Endless)". I feel like it should say "+100%" instead. I think this may have something to do with a bug that was fixed where production cost bonuses were backwards on long game modes, and fixing that has made this message backwards. (Just be careful not to reintroduce the other bug if that's the case. Probably you just need to add/remove a minus sign on this message without modifying the rule itself or something.)

There seems to be a stealth -50% resource effect on endless length. It's not listed in the Empire Bonuses list, and extractors still say "+1 Titanium On City", for example, but I only end up with +0.5 titanium per turn, and it takes two turns to get 1 resource. I'm not 100% sure that it is endless length that's doing it, but I would expect that to be it. (The same amount of resources would have been stretched from 300 turns to 600 so that would definitely make sense.) Ideally, extractors would say "+0.5 Resource On City", and there would be a "-50% Resource Gain From Game Speed (Endless)" message in the empire bonuses list. (This also effects the Burdeki faction, which says it gives +0.5 luxury resources per village, but which gets reduced to +0.25 per village instead.)

(actually, I'm a little worried maybe this is all a bit nit-picky on my part... if so, sorry. also, maybe I should have posted this in the gameplay and AI forum instead. also my version is 1.3.5 S3.)

edit: one of my endless length games now does NOT have the -50% resource effect, which baffles me. so I guess I don't know what is causing that. nevermind, I have 3 assimilated silics villiages for +1.5 silics bonus. so 0.5 from an extractor plus half the silics bonus (1.5 / 2 = 0.75) means I get 0.5 + 0.75 = 1.25 per extractor. silics just give a *really* big bonus I guess.

Yeah, it's a double negative. *Minus* production *cost*. My brain hurts just thinking about it. Would be better to just simply the language and say -100% production on empire from game speed. Also, I think "production" is supposed to encompass all incoming things, including strategic resources. The word production in this case refers to all things incoming (as opposed to industry which would apply only to the industry resource). I don't think it's intended to be stealth, and I don't think the math is wrong, I just think the line they used to display it is funky.
