BUG [1.4.2] Every turn goes MP out of sync

I have attached a save game and the mod we were using to play.



Steps to reproduce:



1. Load the mod (KeiBalance.zip - it only adjusts hero capacities and faction trait points)

2. Load the game (OutOfSync.zip).

3. In the lobby, the host will be Player 1 (cyan) invite someone to play Player 2 (pink).

4. Start the game.

5. Player 2 click end turn.

6. Player 1 click end turn.

7. Wait for the turn to compute.

8. The game is out of sync message pops up.



We have successfully completed 3 other games with the Shifters DLC before this occurred. Immediately after this occurred, we were able to start a new game without any issues, so I don't believe this is a hosting issue as it normally is for out of sync errors.

To add to this thread. We were also able to load other games and continue them just fine. It seems to be something specific with the save.



This also wasn't the only resync that we had to do with this particular game. We had resync'ed previously, but this particular save is the only case where the game requires a resync every turn which is obviously unplayable.



In one of the earlier resync's, my partner reported that the lobby screen appeared entirely blank. We cancelled that game lobby and reloaded the game to create a new session and that seemed to fix the blank screen. I'm not sure if that's related to what seems to have corrupted the game, but I did want to make note of the oddities that we encountered.



Ever since we started playing with the Shifters DLC, we've had an increased number of out of sync errors.

Set your "Dumping Method" to "Text" in the advanced settings. It will allow you to generate a report that tells the developers exactly whats out of sync.



I have no clue why this isn't on by default...

It looks like the dumping method is baked into the game as 'binary' and I don't seem to have the option to modify it when loading the game. Is there another way to set it to text? Since the issue itself seems to be specific to the savegame, starting a new game wouldn't help.



Since this game, we've successfully completed probably about 10 other games without a hitch. I'm not entirely sure how we managed to get that save into that state but I figured it'd be worth posting for the devs in case they want to look into it.
