Hello Folks,



Let me throw this out there, and see if anyone bites...



I have about 7 hours into the game. What will get me motivated to play through a game is probably via co-op. I wonder if anyone is interested in the following:



1. Must be 18 or older (I am 51, by the way). In other words, you are a seasoned gamer, who enjoys a calm, easy going game

2. Fairly new to the game, wouldn't mind struggling through it with me. In other words, we have patience with each other, as we learn the game.

3. 2-3 Humans max, 5-6 AI

4. Newbie-Easy-Normal Level (we collectively decide)

5. Temperate Temperature

6. Average Topography

7. One Continent

8. Small Region Size

9. Few Ridges and Cliffs

10. Spread Empire Spawn

11. Quick Game Pace

12. Talk via Skype, OOVOO, or Teamspeak (never used, but can easily set-up, I am sure)

13. I am open Mon-Tues-Thurs-Sunday (6-8:30 PM PST) - hopefully you are OK with this slot, pick the day(s)

14. Pick whatever faction you want (it doesn't matter if there are duplicates)

15. This is a co-op game - in other words, we are not out for each other's head - we help each other, and do not care who wins, as long as it is one of us humans!

Sounds interesting. I just got the game myself.



Question: Why add AI to the game? Why not just include the game with human players only?

I would be interested! Honestly, I just enjoy playing in games with other human players, and those are sometimes hard to come by.

Excellent Opprimo! I will add you to my steam friends; look for the invite. Let me know how you want to talk. I have OOVOO, got rid of Skype, and can get Teamspeak set up.



I also am now playing cooperatively with my sister and brother-in-law who also just got the game this weekend. Trying to get my gaming friend to hurry up and get it too this weekend. We have played Civ for years together. Laid back folks.

If you are saying have 6-8 humans play cooperatively, then, sure! But, I don't know too many folks who want to fill a map with just cooperative humans.
