The game is set after the Necrophages have wiped out all of the other races, but after the cataclysm. The Hive had grown to cover the planet, and survives. But no longer is the Hive a whole unit. Only isolated hive elements escaped the worst of the Cataclysm. All players play Necrophages (custom or not). ... Would this be fun? In my head it "sounds" thematic and cool.
