It has been 2 years that I wanted to upload EME mod to Steam but after another try this morning I really don't understand what's wrong with using a normal way to upload your mod because for me nothing is working, even tho I tried it on a very simple mod (that only changes the UnitSize). I copy --enablemoddingtools in the launching option of EL, it shows --enablemoddingtools on the left corner of the screen but my mod doesnt show in "available mods" so I can't share it and.... I'm desesperate.

I created the Community folder, the User Generated Content folder, placed my super simple mod inside, nothing...

Anyone could help ? I really wish modding on EL had some love...
