What are the abilities for save file modding? Can anything be done?

I think we cant mod anything at this point. But i guess it's possible to cheat.

If we open a savefile .zip, there are some .xml u can modify like this one (GameSaveDescriptor.xml) :

So i guess it's possible to change the color, the game difficulty, enable or disable victories, ...



In the Game.xml u have your personnal stuff like :

[CODE]417.589355[/CODE] etc...

So i guess u just have to modifiy this value to cheat



Interessing fact for modders, as you all know, if you dont activate the right mod, you cant load the right loadgame file, so, here is the trick :

At the end of the GameSaveDescriptor.xml, u have :

[CODE] Endless Legend;ColdBlood





Endless Legend

ColdBlood[/CODE]

Thus, if u want to test or run another mod with the same savefile, instead the one you are using right now, you just have to modify :

[CODE] Endless Legend;Frostbite
