This is a work in progress (no download currently) I just wanted to put the word out there. So that people are aware and also to help keep me on schedule for it.



I am working on a very large scale modpack/mod. It will add the Combat Rebalance mod by Samanie, the Clarity Mod by Tenjix, and the New Traits and balances mod from VieuxChat to my own changes. First, I would like to thank each of them for allowing me to utilize their great mods (Credits will also be included in every distribution). Second their changes will be slightly modified simply because of the nature of this mod and the inclusion of other mods that might conflict with one another.



I plan to release a version after each of the steps (and ones that fix errors as well):



Note I recently discovered in testing that my attempt to combine these mods caused more than a few errors, likely due to distractions while I was editing (I have little kids). So I will be starting this process over from scratch which will take a little while.



The second step will be to increase the yields by about five from what they are in the vanilla game. The purpose of this will be to allow more diversity for the bonuses and buildings to increase everything. I had done this before, but when I saw the mods mentioned above I really wanted to incorporate them as well.



The third step will be to implement those varieties. The reason this is a separate step is because I need to make sure i didn't' miss anything with the conversion. there are a lot of nuances when increasing resource gains in a game like this.



Further expansion: I plan to mod and slowly expand the tech tree and eras to not only expand the game, but also give more options for different play styles and faction abilities. I plan to require the use of some luxury resources in the production of certain happiness buildings. And several other ideas that might not even be possible yet, so I don't want to say them. I wil try to update this post once a week with progress and post any new uploads here.

I think each of your steps, creates a lot of diversity between the mods and I hope you are able to release them separately, as your first step would I think add a lot of replay-ability to the game.
