Well, I started working on my project to make melee marines.



I have already created new units in EL (the Militia hirable unit) but this time, it seems everything is correct but it keeps crashing when launching the game...



Here is what I've already done : (PS : You will find the unit under the name of "Viking" )



I want my melee marine....rar



I have tested alot of things and I cant find out my misstake.



Please someone help me ^^

Just have a look at line 1 of your Gui(UnitDesign).xml.

There is an "f" which is breaking everything

Otherwise please take in consideration that the animations are not supposed to work this way. It might be odd during combat then...



For the moment your mod appears to be at an early stage.

Models do not seem properly bound (UnitBodyVaultersViking cannot work, you have to use an existing one. Tutorial should help you) and it lacks some GUI elements.

I let you have a new look at it but do not hesitate to ask for further help if needed!

Well, I'll try the animation and see how it goes.



GUI elements missing ? Well, im going to fix this.

PS : Could you make a tutorial for NewHeroes ? I'd like to make some new minor faction heroes and what I've done for now is not really working ^^

I will see what I can do for the tutorial about NewHeroes. But you know the mod from Kaldry is a very good start to add minor faction heroes. I did not check recently if it still works but there no reason it shouldn't.
