Sending an SOS out.



I've been using a little bit of the debug mode for some mods I'm working on and want to speed up city production at certain points in time to test some things out. I can't seem to figure out how to enable the debug building of the /iamacheater option.



I've read what little info is on the forums about it but whenever I input "/iamacheater" into the chat window it responds with "You're now a cheater. Shame on you!" but it doesn't allow me to build the debug building. Currently I use the "/showmetheresources" and that has helped (ie: give me 15 pop immediately not sure why) but I would also like the option of the debug building if it is available.



Hoping someone can guide me here. Crossing my fingers that Pikou is still around (cause they are awesome!) but if anybody else knows the answer I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, when you use the cheat it should make appear the building in your available construction list.

Try to refresh it by selecting an army then selecting the city again.

It should work this way!

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately that didn't seem to work. I still don't have the option to build the "debug" building after entering in "/iamacheater" and also trying to refresh it by selecting an army then the city again. I've tried ending turns and clicking everywhere else as well but it hasn't worked so far.



Any other suggestions? (FYI I play on a mac computer if that makes any difference)

Ok so explanation is: the command does not work at this time.

It is available, but the order will not be sent.

It will be a bit short to add it to the next update but we will see what we can do for the following version.

Just to follow up on this. IT'S FIXED!!!



The building is now showing up when you type the appropriate command. I tested this a few nights ago. Must have been fixed in one of the recent patches.
