Can someone tell me what these represent and how they work in the mods. I am assuming gravity relates to how far away a minor is when he is drawn towards you or your cities/towns. Thanks

Hello. If you talk about Minor Empire, i think it determines the production of armies and villages. Each level of gravity is set by conditions. For example, Defcon 5 is reached when :

- hostiles villages are still in a region you have colonized

- you have destroyed at least one of their village

so their garrison will rise up more quickly than normal, and the production of enemies roaming armies too.
