Since i have permanently this annoying message, i did a small map with four régions (plus north and south) entirely filled with strategic resources... and still got the message. I spent hours, days, and now my beard reaches my knees, looking around how to solve this. But at this point i am about to give up. I'm quite sure the answer is obvious.. but where...

Could it be that maps require a certain amount of each kind of strategic resource? Or, maybe the alert is also linked to a required amount of minor factions?

Well, for now i only have tested my map with --enablemoddingtools option set on. It seems that the message doesn't appear when in normal game mode, so it becomes less important.

Sorry for the late answer but it seems if you have at least 6 strat ressources in the region it should be considered valid and the message won't appear again.



If it still does not work I will ask for more details.
