I have two achievements I have completed that are not popping, playing on Steam:

Welcome to the fold: Have 20 overgrown cities at the same time

Resistance is futile: Integrate 7 factions in the same game

I am using Windows 10, resolution 1366x768

Game version v1.8.2 S3 (64 bit)

Never mind..I read a tip somewhere that said if you own a DLC that isn't activated (any of them) it won't pop. I actvated all of them and tried again, and it worked.
