For whatever reason, the very first objective (The one that pops up when the game starts) does not complete when I search the highlighted ruins. I'm running the game with no mods and can't really determine the root cause. I suspect quests as a whole might be bugged.
UPDATE - Reloading the save seemed to fix this issue. Please keep me updated if there's an official fix on the way.
