I discovered a bug of sorts while playing with the world generation settings in an attempt to create 1 region islands. If you notice the shining ruin in the pic to the left, take another look and you'll see it's stacked with a luxury resource as well as a watchtower on the same tile, I cannot interact with the ruin or search it, I also cannot build a watchtower either. I didn't try to place an extractor although im pretty sure it wouldn't work either. I can also stand on that tile as if there is no ruin there, my guess is the lack of space caused all the extra goodies per era to stack in one place. Here is a link to the save.

Yes this is a one tile island region, and by settling on it I've broken the game in the sense that this city can never be destroyed so I can never lose to anihilation. Since there is no naval implementation yet there is no way to attack this city if I have a unit standing in its place, this is where naval sea to land offensive measure would greatly come in handy. Also I dont mind this type of generation at all but in say a MP game someone stumbling across this could exploit it to never fully lose.
