I have the first Wild Walker hero stuck under a siege condition, I cant assign to anything even though he can roam freely and the besieging army had been defeated a few turns ago.

Are the siege barricades still there? I have a city that was sieged, but the army left and was later tracked down and defeated, but my garrison units and hero are still trapped in the city with no way to escape, heal, upgrade, etc. can't find a fix anywhere...
