1) Empire plan "+3 dust per unit of population" does not work. Easily reproducible - set it up, and see that your income won't change at all.



2) Silicoids.. or silicates stun ability works always when they hit someone, not just at 20 percent probability as indicated in the description. Makes them overpowered due to stunlocks (once you get hit, you never recover without help of other units).

You have to add workers to smiley: dust to get the bonus. You'll see that the smiley: dust per worker is 3 higher. Agree that "population" is a little confusing term. Any time you see "per population" it usually means a worker bonus.

1) No problem when trying to reproduce the issue.

Ah, sorry, my bad. I did not even understand you can move the pop units from one category to another. Hence my frustration from all my empires so far going bankrupt on my leveled hero upkeep cost.
