bug with Supremacy Victory; awkward ships; forced auto-battle

Hi there! Sorry for my English, but I have 1 bug and 2 questions (other things are great and worthy to kill smiley: smile)



bug) Supremacy Victory is bugged

I found 2 Cultist cities; most of their armies are nearby their walls. If I capture any of these two cities, second automatically wins by Supremacy in next 1-2 turns. My "country" is completely safe, as well as two others (AI-driven)



q1) ships are quite awkward so far. Have you any plan to rework them?

I can't combine armies while they're in ships (well, ok maybe) and can't attack enemy if he's in the ship (what I suppose to do if he doesn't want to land? Wait, whatever time it may take? Rly? :confusedsmiley: smile



q2) when I face huge army, should I be forced to use auto-battle?

When I supposed to attack a city with numerous guardians, manual battle is locked and I can use only auto-battle instead. But this is the very best time to lead my armies by myself and tip the scales thanks to my skill, not just army HP amount! Is it a bug or temporary realization maybe?

Yea, I also encountered the forced auto resolution and even though I'm supposed to win 75% of the time, I got stomped into the dirt 100% of the time.

Hello there,



About the bug concerning the Supremacy victory I'm not sure I understand well. Do you mean that when you capture an enemy city your second opponent wins the game?

A save will be necessary to better catch the issue here.



q1) Both things are intended indeed. There are discussions about the second problem but nothing should change for the moment.



q2) This sounds like a bug to me. The situation you describe should not force auto-battle resolution mode. Once again a save with the issue will help us see why the problem occurs.

Hi Pikou,



Here are my saves:

- turn 263. Try to attack Almed: only auto-battle will be available. Win the battle or use next save;

- turn 263_cunquest. Hurray, Almed is defeated! End turn -> Yulin wins by Supremacy (me and 2 more players are still alive);

- turn 264_maybe. Attack Yulin and win a battle, then end turn -> Almed wins by Supremacy (me and 2 more players are still alive);

- turn 196_boat. I have a quest to defeat 2 armies, one of them is on ship nearby Querat and doesn't land for eternity.

Ok so I had a look into your save.

First, I did not encounter the issue with the forced auto-battle. Your are second one providing a save where I cannot reproduce the issue :/

I can't say it means that it will be resolved following next patch but for the moment it will remain quite difficult to fix.



Otherwise, about the main problem here.

Victory condition seems indeed different from what is currently written in tooltip.

Currently it is the first empire that kept its own capital that will win this victory. At least that what it looks like.

I'll clarify this with the designers as soon as possible.
