Hi!



I was playing as the Broken Lords and progressing through the main quest when I encountered a bug.



On the 5th quest it asked me to conquer a nearby region, which I did.



The next subsection of this quest required me to explore some ruins in the region with the free hero I got previously and a lv. 6 Dust bishop



Not having a lv.6 Dust Bishop I went to do other things until I did. One of those things included razing the city in the conquered Region and moving it elsewhere in the same region to an awesome spot.



I came back about 20 turns later to complete the quest and no matter how many times I clicked "Search" on the ruins, nothing would happen!



I suspect that razing the city in the region, turning it into a neutral region and then re-settling it might have caused this, But I can't be certain.

I have the same issue where searching the ruins with proper hero and a single lv. 6 Dust Bishop does not progress the quest.

In my case I did not conquer the region, the Cultists destroyed the city thus razing but it still completed that portion of the quest for me.



Another bug is that I can not assign that hero back into my city as it tells me its under siege when it clearly is not. My starting hero can be assigned just not the quest hero.

I am encountering the same problem here : the interaction panel pops up, i click "search" then nothing. Doesn't matter how many times i try, it still won't trigger the quest (and i have all the requirements). I think i also razed the city before searching the ruins but i'm not sure.



It bothers me much because i play almost only to discover the factions's stories and the universe (for now).



Do the devs have an answer ? it seems like a minor issue.



I find it too bad, Broken Lords are my favourite faction so far

I started a new game with the Broken Lords and everything went good : the quest triggered, and i was able to finish it to the end (so much satisfaction XD).

However, i deleted al my saves once i finished, sorry (i thought it would be better to keep it after deleting it :alder.



But i'll keep that i mind for the next time (IF there's a next time )

It seems to be a random bug. Don't know what could cause this but sometimes I read about similar problems on the forums.

It is a bit disturbing for us so indeed if you have a save next time do not hesitate to share it.

I had a bug were they asked me to reach a ruin in less than 5 turn except that this ruins were 9+ turn away pretty much giving me a middle finger
