Make a custom faction with Imperial Coinage and Titanium Legacy (or Glassteel Legacy, it doesn't matter).



Go into the market on your first turn. Sell 10 Titanium for 90 dust. This drops the buy price to 7.5. Buy 10 Titanium for 75 dust. This raises the sell price to 9. Repeat ad nauseam for a profit of 15 dust each round of selling.
