Both p1 and p3 are blue. However blue is my (p3) color, the host is red ingame.

I actually had this happen to me when I disabled the color mod after using it.

Did you do that before starting up the multiplayer game?

What color mods? I have no mods installed, never had.

It was a savegame lobby.
