Forgotten Stealth bug?

Whenever I play vs the forgotten I can hear them stealth moving around if they are near my lands. Is this intended? It does give me quiet the warning. They are not adjacent to any units, just near it and I still hear them.

Hmm, sounds like something that got overlooked with the shadows expansion. Still, you could consider it to be a feature where just having the forgotten on the board adds to your overall paranoia...

its not paranoia. It was confirmed in every instance that they were there.
