AI - Poor Trading resource weights

Roving traders wanted to trade shared maps. I counter-offered with this.



Weighting on this resource is way too low. It seems like the AI's value of the resource decreases proportionally with the amount of that resource the AI has, because often when an AI has a very large quantity of a resource, I can trade it off them for dirt cheap.

I suspect that the value of a resource currently is expressed by a marginal value function which is supposed to measure the value of 1 unit of resource at a particular resource level. And that currently there is a bug where the marginal value function is used to multiply against the # of resources (which is not a valid thing to do).

The issue here, I believe, is that vision and map exchange is overvalued under certain circumstances. Could you send me the save-game so I can look into this?
