I have been replaying the game since the Forges of Creation update, one faction at a time, one faction quest at a time.



My first report concern a bug in the Cultist faction quest♥:



With the Cultists however after I received the faction subquest :

"Destroy the city in X and convert all village factions in that region" (which I did)

the second step is to

"Destroy a roaming army in X, blabla no rebellion".



Except that no matter how long I waited or patrolled the region there was no army spawing, thus breaking the faction quest.



I have attached a save file if it helps.





My second report is both about the Cultist and stockpiles.

When you destroy cities with the Cultists, you received stockpiles of very little value but in grand number.



It is really a pain in the ass to apply those stockpiles to your city one at a time when you have 40♥of them.



Bug : The second thing I♥discovered is that they are not in fact of little value to the IA. They seem to be treated as normal stockpiles, allowing me to negociate basically all the IA's techs and resources for a measly 20 x 45 industrial points.
