Is there some trick to getting the 64 bit version with 1.5? The patch notes say there's a 64 bit build now but my installed version is still 32bit after the update.

That was the first thing I tried after I noticed it was still 32bit. Also tried relaunching steam.

In the 'betas' tab it lists a 32 bit beta, '32 bit content for 64 bit users' - switching to it prompts no download in steam... so my guess is that the 64 bit version probably didn't get out properly or something.

same situation, also looking how to force 64 bit on mac. 

i did try the "32 bit content for 64 bit users" dropdown and the FPS appears to be much nicer.  if i enable steam overlay the game will crash at startup, so hard to verify the FPS improvements

Deleted and reinstalled the game - it says its 32 bit.
