The game is finally getting to the point where I am starting to really enjoy it...except for combat.



I enjoy the mechanics, just not the 2 minutes of just waiting for units to move and attack.



Is there anyway to speed up the combat animations?

250 posts and you've been playing with "normal" (excruciating) combat this WHOLE TIME?? You poor soul.



After you hit "new game" and are in the lobby, click on the first "advanced settings" button, and under "battle pace" set "speed scale factor" to "very fast".



DO NOT EVER NOT DO THIS (though it will remember your preferences after the first time)
