Custom Faction base off Cultists not auto Razing.

If you make a custom faction based off of the cultists, they can expand by capturing enemy cities. Is this a bug?

That does seem unintended. Post your savegame here.

Do you remember seeing the -10 faction trait in the greyed out area when you were building the race?

I believe you need to include the Weapons of the Enemy trait to get the auto-raze thing going on.

Not a bug, natev is correct. Other custom factions also have the option to choose Weapons of the Enemy if they want to instantly raze cities.

Indeed, the only way to play as Cultists and keep control of captured cities is to remove "Weapons of the Enemy" trait as a custom faction.

But for some reason, you can't Salt the Earth on captured cities after that... weird

EDIT: I meant you can't raze cities in custom faction with Cultist affinity without "Weapons of the Enemy". I tried it and made a post about it.. not sure if they fixed that or maybe intentional

Did you try to 'Salt the Earth' before a city was fully assimilated? Because you can't raze a city until you gain full control of the region.

I'm aware of that. Tried razing after 100% ownership, none of the cities I own had that option. Looks like cultists don't have it... unless they fixed that issue
