Right now, the only moment we can check the stats on the minor faction units is at first encounter (or, if they are pacified, in the assimilation window if the faction is on one of your regions).

It is hard to keep track of all the minor factions after you've encountered 10 factions and you need to make a decision on which one you will pacify or which region you'll take over next.

I think this is a relatively small feature but a very important one that I really miss during gameplay.

I would like to see an option in the Empire Management screen that would allow you to browse the list of discovered minor factions.  This could be a list similar to the Assimilation list, but one that is only used to identify Minor Faction assimilation bonuses and Minor Faction unit information.

Yes, this would be a great addition to the game

i think it should be possible to adapt the assimilation screen to update with every minor faction you have found and also dont allow the player to assimilate a minor faction outside his/her territory

and if it could also list the name of the regions they are present along with how many villages that would be great

At this point I have most of them memorized though.
