I did noticed that you cannot buy EL: Tempest in any of steam packs. I'm considering purchase of EL but i'm rather surprised that there is no pack offering all the content. Sure I can buy ''Endless legend Collection'' pack and after that tempest

but I cant surpress the feeling that there should be pack containing game with all expansions. I apologise if it is improper forum. But I couldn't prevented myself from pointing it out (and putting mine evil plot to save 15% on Tempest in motion).

There's nothing unusual, same thing was with every new major expansion - they have to sell it first at full price to cover development costs and make some profits. It was available at a discount though for pre-order, so you've just missed the opportunity. I'm sure it will be included in packs later.
