You start with 4 slots, and a hero, yes?



I assume this gets bumped up by research? What should I be looking for in the research tree? I see things relating to size but it doesn't say things like 'adds 2 slots to your armies'.



I have a quest where I have to go somewhere with 2 ranged units and 4 minor faction units so I'm going to have to bump up to 6 slots pretty quick.

There is also a trait (custom race) that can increase army size by +1 or +2.

- You can too have an infinite army size with Proliferators's Necrophages unit (but it is very expansive as unit upkeep), which create one foragers for each unit contaminated with their parasites.

Army from foragers can have upkeep cost 0 gold. U only need to take skill from hero tree 1lvl - - 50% army upkeep and 2 lvl -50% upkeepcost so when you get lvl 2 your army have -100% so you pay nothink.
