Hey just a quick question; Is it possible to build multiple cities? I mean like, actual cities like you do when you first start, not when you rebuild villages.

Yes, you need to build a Settler and then move him to a different region.

The exception to this rule is if you are playing as the Cult of the Eternal End. Then in that case no, you can only have one city as the Cult!
