Cost Reduction + Buyout + Reassignment Trick

Not sure if this is a bug or intended.

Get a Wild Walker hero with the hero skill that lowers building cost. Since buyout cost is based on the amount of industry you're saving, this also lowers buyout cost. (In fact, x% industry cost reduction will lower buyout cost by MORE than x%, because buyout cost is super-linear. But that's another discussion...)

Click the button to buyout a building with dust. The building now has a full construction bar, but doesn't actually "complete" until you click next turn.

Now move the hero out of the city! The cost reduction no longer applies, but the building will still be completed next turn anyway (at no additional cost).

You can reassign the Wild Walker to a new city and buy more stuff at a reduced cost on the same turn. (If you put 2 points into Functional Insomniac to reduce reassignment cooldown, you can get the cost reduction in 2 different cities EVERY turn--the one you're leaving, and the one you're entering.)

You can also move a new hero into the first city, and they'll get the XP for the building that you bought out with the WW cost reduction. (Which was my real goal all along--I trained a Wild Walker hero with those two skills specifically so he could jump around to a different city every turn and let me buy stuff cheap, but once he had the skills I cared about I wanted a way for other heroes to get the XP for the stuff he bought...and it turns out that I found one!)

I thought that was common, to be honest, or as common as it can get. That´s why I like Wayra Sigo with wide builds so much - high food and industry boosts make him level like crazy if you get him early, get to at least one of those discounts and insomniac 2, then found 2 on 2 cities going all 5 year plan on those babies. You can get all t1+t2 buildings with like 10 turns 500 bucks.
