Not sure if this is the intended behavior but I don't think that group cohesion is better than +movements on settler units.

Cheers - yeah, as I thought the item is attractive because it has parameters which make it appeal to heroes, and apparently this appeal spills over to Settlers as well. Must be a glitch somewhere, we'll see about fixing this. Thanks for the report and the save smiley: smile

You need to have modding tools enabled, then you can just switch empire by pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, etc on the keyboard. You can also activate /AIDebugMode in the console, but we'll tend to use the specialised tools we have in our development environnement to dig into exactly what the AI is thinking/planning/doing.
