I'm newbie in 4X strategy games, but Endless Legends looks awesome. Worth buy and play now or waiting for Endless Legend 2? Do you think devs announcing the game in 2018?

The game is fantastic and very unique. I would suggest to get it as soon as you see it on sale (I got it full-price but I am a big fan and knew I would like it). All the DLCs add a lot to the game and are worth getting.

The devs announce their new games very far in advance. There has been no mention of EL2 so far so, in my opinion, there is no chance EL2 will be released in 2018. Maybe 2019 but even that seems early to me.

One the best ever imo.So much value and replayability.

If you're only in it for the single player experience I'd say go for it easilly.

If you are looking for multiplayer matches and you don't know anyone who has the game then I won't say don't buy it at all but maybe consider ES2 instead.
