I am told to build 2 extractors as my 1st quest playing this game. In the box at the bottom left of the main screen I think this is where you build things for your city. I was only able to build 1 extractor. It does not seem to be giving me the option to build another. I can do other things but not that. Can someone help a newbie out please? Thank you.

Perhaps your starting region only has one 1st level resource (titanium or glasssteel). Make sure you have explored your whole region.

Try to build a settler and settle in a second region ...
